He also has broad experience representing clients in arbitrations, class action disputes, internal investigations, employment litigation, and insurance coverage matters. He has first-chair experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, including mediation, pre-trial discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.

• Served as trial counsel to an international, publicly-traded financial services company in an ARIAS arbitration brought by a reinsurer of long-term care policies. Prepared all pleadings and document discovery; handled depositions and arbitration hearing. Obtained total victory for client.
• Lead counsel to an international janitorial franchisor in a contested case against the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development regarding the payment of contributions for Unemployment and Disability insurance.
• Represented New Jersey’s largest health insurer in a $70+ million lawsuit brought by national laboratory testing services over fee reimbursement levels. Obtained favorable settlement.
• Represented energy services provider and creditor in a bankruptcy adversary proceeding relating to the Revel Casino Chapter 11 reorganizations. Took and defended expert depositions; examined witnesses at bankruptcy court hearing.
• Represented a franchisor client in a federal class action brought by franchisees seeking to recover wages under the New Jersey Wage Payment Law.
• Represented a private equity investor and investor representatives in a shareholder oppression case brought in New Jersey state court.
