John E. Travers is a partner with the
firm of Stern Kilcullen & Rufolo, and practices in the Tax, Trusts and Estates Group. Mr. Travers received his juris
doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2005 and his Masters of Law in
Taxation with a Certificate in Estate Planning from Villanova University School
of Law in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Travers received Certificates of
Achievement in Nonprofit Organizations and Constitutional Law and was a member
of the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Travers received his
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Management
Information Systems in 2002 from LaSalle University.
Mr. Travers’ practice is focused on estate
planning, estate administration and tax planning. Mr. Travers’
experience ranges from representing fiduciaries in all aspects of estate
administration and probate litigation to implementing estate and business
succession plans for clients.
Mr. Travers is a member of the New Jersey
Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association and
the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey.
Mr. Travers is admitted to practice in
New York, New Jersey, Florida, Pennsylvania, the United States Tax Court, the United
States District for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court
for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals
for the Third Circuit. |
