Ira M. Starr is Of Counsel at the law firm of Stern Kilcullen & Rufolo. Prior to joining Stern Kilcullen and Rufolo in 2026, Mr. Starr was a founding partner and the President of Starr, Gern, Davison & Rubin PC.
Mr. Starr received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
