Michael Dinger is a partner with the law firm of Stern Kilcullen & Rufolo , practicing in the firm's Litigation Department.

A graduate, cum laude, of The College of New Jersey (2002), Mr. Dinger received his law degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law (2005), where he was a member of the Law Review. He also served as an intern with the Civil Litigation Clinic of the Center for Social Justice of Seton Hall University School of Law.

Mr. Dinger also served as a judicial intern for Honorable William J.  Martini, United States District Judge, District of New Jersey.

Mr. Dinger is a member of the New York Bar, the New Jersey Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
